Contacting the Auction House

Do you have a question about a specific lot (item)? Are you looking to learn more about an auction? Do you need directions to the location where the lots will be available for you to view? Contact the auction house!

You can find the contact information for any auction house by visiting the auction's overview page. To get to an auction's overview page, click "Browse" at the top of any Live Auctions page and select the auction in which you are interested.

On the catalog overview page you will find two sets of contact information:

1. Administrative Contact
   This person is responsible for responding to your administrative questions related to the upcoming auction in areas such as the sign up process, lot preview information, shipping, scheduling clarification, etc.

2. Expert Contact
   This person is responsible for responding to all your questions about specific lots (items) in upcoming auctions. The expert contact should be able to help you with all questions relating to the relevant collecting fields and art categories before the auction, such as condition reports, valuation, history behind each object, or previous ownership.
