Congratulations on your purchase on eBay Live Auctions! After the end of the auction, we ask that the buyer and the auction house contact each other within three business days. You can find the email address for the auction house in the email confirmation sent to you after the auction.
You can also obtain the contact information for any participating auction house by visiting the auction overview page for any of their sales. To get to the auction overview page, click "Browse" at the top or bottom of any Live Auctions page and select the auction you're interested in.
If you have any questions, contact the auction house's administrative contact. This is the person responsible for responding to all of your questions about payments, shipping, buyer's premium, taxes, etc.
